Returns Policy
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days from delivery.
You must notify us by phone of your intention to cancel within 7
days from delivery. After notification we will issue you a returns
notification number that you must quote on the paperwork when returning
the goods.
Goods must be returned exactly as they were received, as new and
saleable with all the correct packaging undamaged.
Goods must be returned to our Returns Department within 14 days
from authorisation. We are unable to accept returns of un-wanted
and non-faulty items after the 14 days.
Goods returned in as new condition with all the correct packaging
but with items missing will be refunded the full invoice price,
less the cost of the missing items.
Returns Procedure
Please contact the returns department (01548 854763) or email
info@globalplastics.co.uk stating the reason for return. You will
then be issued a returns number which must be quoted on the paperwork
or package you send back to us. Delivery charges are at your expense.
You will be refunded the full amount less the original delivery
charge.
Please make sure you have either a Certificate of posting (Free
From any post office) or send the order back recorded delivery.
We accept no responsibility for ltems lost in the post that have
been returned to us.

Shipping
All items are covered by insurance whilst in transit to you. Items
are sent using courier. Delivery times are in most cases 2-7 working
days.
International Shipping
Please complete the order as normal, but get in touch with us to
confirm the full shipping cost.
Customer collections by prior arrangement only.
